This recipe is for those healthy girls out there looking to recreate that perfect Mexican Restaurant Guacamole. When I tell you I make this every week… I seriously cannot get enough of it.
I must say, it is the perfect recipe to bring to a party. Everyone is going to be complementing you all night, trust me.
With only 10 minutes of prep time, and 5 minutes of cooking time, you will have a delish guac in no time! You have got to try this!
Basic Guacamole Recipe:
- Two ripe avocados
- 1 CUP Cherry tomatoes
- Half red onion
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 TEAS garlic powder
- 2 TEAS salt
- 2 TEAS pepper
STEP ONE: Prepare your ingredients.
Begin dicing your avocados, cherry tomatoes, and the red onion.
Roll the lime against the table with your palm. This will make it easier for you to squeeze later. Slice the lime in half.
You can make these any size you choose! Smaller pieces are better for the overall taste in the end.
STEP TWO: Place avocados into bowl and mash.
Mash the avocados in a bowl with a spoon. I chose to leave mine chunky, but you can make yours smoother if you would like.
STEP THREE: Mix in tomatoes, red onions, lime juice, + seasonings into avocados.
Mix together your tomatoes, red onions, lime juice, and seasonings into the avocados.

STEP FOUR: Leave in fridge for 30 minutes.
Once your guacamole has set for at least 30 minutes, its ready to be served!
TIP: For an extra kick, I like to add sriracha on top!
